The main process is cutting. Main types and possibilities:

Flat die cutting, rotary die cutting for kiss cut parts and high volume production.

Kiss cutting to cut a material without penetrating the liner.

Knife Cutting for parts and elements mainly made from adhesive foams, nonwovens, rubbers and other flexible substrates.

Slitting and splitting are cutting type used to produce adhesive rolls, tapes – one side adhesive and double side adhesive (bonded tapes).
